60 reasons, facts, ideas and ways for gambling addicts to kick the habit and get a better life

Hi I’m Jason, and I’m a gambling addict.

I started gambling when I was just 17. I’m now 28 and I’ve kicked the habit !. But I will always be a gambling addict.

When I wake up every morning I choose not to gamble that day. But I do think about it. I guess I will always be in recovery.

The temptation is less and less all the time now and one day I hope to not even think about the deed of gambling. Gambling with odds that I can never beat. In the long run that is.

If I have a weak day I re-read my 60 reasons and ways to kick the gambling habit to stop me going into the bookies or logging onto online gambling that day.

I haven’t placed a bet now for 12 months and my fiancée suggested I make my thoughts available in a book to other gamblers to share the success I have seen for myself.

I wrote myself a diary of reasons to stop – ways to stop and a chant that I repeated every day and again whenever I felt tempted. I wrote down things that I did and things that I could do could do to stop myself gambling.

I can’t guarantee that it will work for you but I can guarantee that if you really do want to stop that if you read my book you will have a better chance of stopping quicker than I did because I’ve put all the best tips in this book which worked for me in the end.
